Wrong eating habit is the major reason for deteriorating
health conditions in Indians. When we discuss wrong eating habits, almost each
of us talk about fast foods like pizza, burger, snacks, etc. Definitely modern
fast foods are the biggest culprits for health hazards and we must rethink
before using delicious, but as well as most harmful eating products. But today I
am going to talk about eating schedule and believe me most of us are completely
unknown at this topic.
Although ancient Indian saints and monks taught us
everything before they exited the earth, but we Indians take pleasure in
following western culture and lifestyles. However while chasing blindly a
different culture; we forget that each and every culture develops according to
its priorities and necessities. By the way I not anti-western.
Let’s come to the main topic and that is healthy eating and
most importantly eating timing. What is the right time to eat in a normal day? To
answer this question, by looking back to our old culture and literature, we can
find the right answer.
Ancient Indian saints said that our body greatly craves for
food within two and half hours after sunrise. For example if sun rises and 7 o’clock in morning, the best time to eat is
between 07:00 to 09:30 o’clock in the morning.
What we should do is to eat heavily while this two and half our period. Avoid breakfast and
start the day with a heavy meal. If you look at nature and its inhabitants, you
find that no creature take a breakfast in the morning except human. And
no creature gets diabetes, heart attack, arthritis, and a large list of
diseases that a human being suffers from. Monkeys are the most similar to us
and they don’t have breakfast. Breakfast is a western lifestyle and it suits
them because in most of western countries suffer from cold weather where sun rises
late.
So if you live in
Regards
